We will either replace the damaged item or offer a refund based on the situation.
For any damages, ensure to provide a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions:
Certain items may be non-returnable or have specific return limitations due to their nature.
Items like custom orders, clearance items, or special tools may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. These will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the issue.
Refunds will be processed for returned items once they are received and inspected, provided they meet our return criteria (unused and unopened).
